The task of the Championship Regulations Study Committee (CSC) is to review the existing Regulations and propose an alternate set that will allow a Fleet to host a Worlds even if they have fewer available boats than the number of Fleets competing. Currently, only half of the Fleets are capable of holding a World Championship and it both places an undue burden on them and deprives IOD Sailors of the opportunity to sail at some of the other venues. It is anticipated that the CSC will bring a set of Regulations to the Fleets for their consideration on or before the 2021 AGM.
